Does your medical provider understand that your condition is disabling and interfering with being able to hold a full-time job?
To find out, do a 3-step litmus test.
1. Receive ongoing treatment for all conditions that are disabling/contributing to an inability to work.
2. Inform your medical provider that you are applying for disability.
3. Ask your provider(s) if they are willing to answer questions drafted by your disability attorney, affirming that your conditions prevent any full-time work.
Your medical provider(s) should each immediately respond affirmatively, agreeing to provide support for your disability claim. If a medical provider hesitates *at all*, then you should immediately find a new provider.
